You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the parking facilities provided by the building management.

Although the building's parking space is quite well maintained and spacious,I have to struggle everyday to find an empty slot to park my car due to which I have to park my car at my friend's house which is nearly 15 minutes from my place.

Because of no parking space I have to walk 15 minutes daily evening which leads to time wastage and upon reaching home I feel so exhausted that I go to sleep directly without finishing household chores and hence creating troubles for myself.

I would be really grateful if you could get me a permission for underground parking. Indeed, I am ready to pay more rent for this.A
