IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear landlord,

Subject: Problem regarding parking lot.

Respected sir, i have been living in your apartment since last week everything is fine in apartment expect the parking lot. i have been facing this issue since last week . I come from work at night time and i reach home at 11pm everyday, when i come home i try to find spot to park my car, but every time i found there is no space available for me to park my car. moreover, there is no light its so dark there to stay even i have to park my car on side of road and walk for 15 mintue in night time in dark which is totally unsaved for me. Thus, it raise safety concern. Kindly please solve this issue as soon as possible , i have an idea can you say to another people of apartment to leave a spot for me or can you reduce my rent so that i can pay for my parking at another space. I will appericiate your's efforts.
