IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope you’re doing well. I would like to inform you about the current parking issue in our parking lot that I’m facing from past few days.

Parking issue become a serious concern for me as I am not able to find a spot whenever I returned from work. I’m working late hours and due to that I always find it difficult to park my car in buildings parking lot.

Therefore, due to unavailable spot I have to park my car in nearby paid parking lot which increases my parking expenses. Due to this often I get late for my work as I have to walk every morning 5 to 10 min to get my car.

I would like to request you to that if you could provide me a parking sport reservation pass to resolve is issue as per your earliest convenience. Hoping to get back from you on this soon.
