IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Patel,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter about the issue I am facing with the availability of a parking spot.

I usually park in the available parking space provided at the back of the building. I work from 11 am to 8 pm, and every day I can't find any available parking spot, as they are all taken.

This is becoming an issue, as I have to park on the street some days, and on weekends it is never possible to park near the apartment. I have been registering for street parking daily, sometimes, which is very annoying, and I am running out of amount of time to be able to do street parking.

To resolve this situation, would you please talk to the authorities to make a reserved parking spot per apartment? This could be very helpful to everyone and solve the issue of parking.
