IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am currently living in your one of the apartment at South building. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the issue that I face while parking.

I am living over here since last two years and my experience is really good regarding all the facilities. However, I often finds out that the parking lot is always full because of this I had to face numerous problems.

Whenever any guest comes to meet people from different apartments they park there cars in building parking lot. Some of them even park for many days if they has to go out. I come fatigued from my workplace and when I do not get parking space it makes me feel more frustrated.

I would like to request you to inform all the tenants to ask their guests to park their car somewhere else. This would resolve the issue as many other people living in this apartment are facing the same problem.
