IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Landlord,

I'm writing this letter with a great frustration for the parking issues. As per the rent agreement, you have allocated me a designated parking spot. Most of the time, I have been observed that my parking spot is being occupied by other residents. Therefore, I'm struggling with car parking spots.

Since, our residency has limited parking spots and all have been assigned to individuals so nothing has been left to park my car. All five visitors spots are never emptied. Sometime, I have to park at the near park area under paid parking. I always have difficulties in finding a parking spot.

Therefore, I would like to suggest some options that might help to resolve the problem. First of all, install the board stating that the designated parking spots is for residents used only. Also, put the waring board stating that unauthorized car park will towed at the vehicle's owner expense.
