IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to express my concern regarding car parking.

I am a resident in you building 'Muhallab'. My office timings are from morning till late night. My parking space is in the rear of the building. I am facing a serious problem regarding the parking from some days. When I come back from office my parking space has been occupied by someone's guest, that is not fair. This issue is very disturbing because I have to wait for the guest, he may go and I could park my car appropriately. My sleep timings are significantly disturbing which are affecting my office work badly.

Kindly, put some forbidding sings or cones which mention to avoid parking in those areas. In addition, you can put a notification in the entrance of the building. I hope you will consider my problem and take a prompt action.
