You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

Dear sir,

I shifted in this aprtment last month and one parking spot is included in rental agreement but am experiencing issues reagrding the parking. whenever I came back from my work there is always a car parked in my designated parking and there is nowhere for me to park my vehi

This parking problem is keep bothring me as almost at every evening, I have to take permission from the office to use the guest parking to park my car. I tried to leave a written note on the car to let the owner know that its my parking spot but still there is no responce.

I request you to reach the car owner as I already sent the car details to the office and please let them know to not to use my private parking as i have my own car. thank you so much
