You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.

• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to complain about the parking issue, which causes inconvenience for me every day when I return home from work.

There is no doubt that your apartment has a convenient place to park. However, from the past few days, I always struggle to find an empty space to park. I work for the evening shift and when I return home from work during midnights, I always struggle to find parking spaces because other tenants reserve my space.

This unexpected issue brings me a lot of stress and inconvenience because I often end up for parking on the street and sometimes I get a ticket. I have to pay the extra bill and also the parking fees The total costs has charged me a lot more than expected.

I would highly request you to look into this matter and kindly talk to other tenets so that I can park my car without having any issue or you can distribute a specific parking number to every tenet so that they have a proper parking spot.
