You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter

Dear Aman,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a parking behind apartment building. Whenever I am getting home from work, I usually cannot find a parking for my car. I always noticed same vehicle parked there. A vehicle is black in color, BMW model, and plate number is JK987.

It creates a problem for me regularly, makes me feel frustrated as well as waste my time after a busy working day. I have to wait for some time to get an empty spot for parking.

In light of this issue, I would suggest that you could provide the reserved sign for that parking, and impose penalty. I believe the situation could be improved by your appropriate actions. I hope you will take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I trust this matter will be solved promptly.
