You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding a parking problem that I have been facing from few weeks in the parking lot in the back of the building.

My apartment number is 214 situated at 4th floor in the building. I live with my partner and have 1 car. When I returned from my work at 6pm, I didn’t find any space for my car and ended up parking on other streets. It consumed more time than expected and sometimes I charged with a fine because of parking at wrong place. It is creating a huge problem for other people as well.

I am requesting you to reserve at least one parking spot for each apartment, so that everyone can use their own spot.

I hope you will take an effective action as soon as possible and Thank you for your time.
