Dear Raman,
I am writing a letter to inform you that I face many problems due to full parking,. Actually, I am tenant of your apartment from 2 months. Before living here, I talk with you about parking so on that time you offer me parking with charges iclude in my rent. I agree with you and pay charge every month. however, last 15 days, I face problem to find place for parking my car due to full parking. I notice that some people who are not live in your apartment , they also their cars park here.
I go to early in my office and came back late evening. When I see that there is no space for my car parking, I park my car on the one side of road. One day, I told person who oftenly his car park here but not your tenant about that is not right of you here car park.He had started to fight with me. I feel very tired after my work and sometime I wait for long hours to find place for parking.
I want to your attention that you should mitigate this situation as it become worse these days. you should try to understand people who have car park here but not gave charge you. I hope you will focus on my request and will slove as soon as and understand my problem properly.
Your's faithfully,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The candidate successfully covers all bullet points required in the task prompt. They clearly describe the ongoing parking situation at their apartment building ('last 15 days, I face problem to find place for parking my car'), explain why it bothers them, including the fatigue after work and an altercation with an unauthorized parker, and suggest a practical solution for the landlord to address outsiders using the lot. The tone is appropriate for a semi-formal letter to a landlord. Although there is a slight structural oddity in the opening sentence ('I am writing a letter to inform you...'), all parts of the prompt are clearly addressed and developed with relevant details, aligning well with the Band 6 descriptors.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The letter exhibits a coherent overall arrangement with a recognizable progression of ideas, moving from the introduction of the problem to personal impacts and finally to suggested solutions. However, paragraphing is somewhat problematic and mechanical. The letter is broken into a block of text followed by single-sentence paragraphs which disrupts the flow. Cohesive devices are sometimes faulty or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'and' or repetitive sentence starters like 'I...'. Referencing is generally clear, but transitional links between sentences are basic. This performance fits comfortably at Band 5.5, reflecting a mix of adequate logical flow and noticeable structural and cohesive weaknesses.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully communicating everyday concepts related to renting, parking, and workplace routines ('tenant', 'parking space', 'charges'). However, there are numerous word choice, collocation, and phrasing errors throughout the text, such as 'charges iclude in my rent', 'some people who are not live in your apartment', and 'not right of you here car park'. Spelling and word formation errors, such as 'slove' instead of 'solve' and 'oftenly', also occur. While communication is not severely impeded, these frequent inaccuracies prevent the score from reaching Band 6.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some capability to construct multi-clause sentences ('When I see that there is no space for my car parking, I park my car on the one side of road'). However, grammatical accuracy is weak, with frequent errors in tense consistency (e.g., mixing present and past tense like 'Before living here, I talk with you'), missing auxiliary verbs, incorrect prepositions, and faulty word order. Punctuation is also erratic, particularly with comma splices and capitalization at the start of sentences. These frequent errors cause occasional difficulty for the reader and place the grammar solidly at a Band 5 level.
