You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr Arif,

I am writing you to complain about the parking lot in back of your buliding because all of time it is full with numerous cars and trucks.

Firstly, I want to highlight the main reasons which are causing this problem in parking space. To begin with, what I see is many delivery vans are parked for hours by a number of people; other is uber drivers stay in their as they did not get any passenger.

In addation, this whole situation bothers me very much because I can not find any empty spot to park my vehical also on the other hand, I pay 4 times in last week to park my car into a building parking. Moreover I am the one whose is paying the rent and in return I struggle to find a empty spot to easily park.

Finally, I would like to suggest to hire a security guard or vallet contractor to overcome this issue.
