IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You live in a small apartment building with a parking lot in back, and you often cannot find an empty parking space when you get home from work.

Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it bothers you.
• suggest something the landlord could do to solve the problem.

Dear Mr, Patil,

I am writing to bring to your attention that, I am facing an inconvenience in the parking in the parking lot.

To begin with, I usually come late from the job. I do not find any empty spot for my vehicle to park. Moreover, other car is park in my allocated parking spot, which is mostly of my neighbour. In addition, if I try to meet and discuss with my neighbour, he will ingore me as before.

Owing to this, I park my car near the entrance gate and then I have to wake up early in the morning to remove my car from the entrance get. Morever, waking up early in moring, has detrimental effect of my sleep.

I would kindly request you to discuss with my neighbour about this issue and inform him about my car spot, or else assign me a my new private praking spot.
