Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you describe returning from work to find the parking area full, explain that this causes difficulty, and ask the landlord to arrange a meeting and take action. The details about your work hours and the busy commercial area help make the situation relevant. However, the proposed solution is not fully clear: “Arrang a discussion group meeting and fix the problem” does not explain what practical parking arrangement you want the landlord to consider. The reason the issue bothers you is also stated generally rather than showing its specific effect on you. Develop these points with a concrete suggestion, such as assigning spaces to residents or setting rules for non-resident parking, and explain the inconvenience more precisely.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The letter follows a broadly sensible order, moving from the parking situation to its cause and then to a request. This gives the reader a basic overall progression. However, the ideas are crowded into one paragraph, and several links between them are unclear or abrupt. For example, “This is because this area is comercial” does not clearly connect the rush to the lack of spaces, while “So you find out my problem solution” is difficult to follow. Use separate paragraphs for the situation and its impact, then the proposed action, and connect ideas with clear transitions such as “As a result” and “I would therefore suggest.” This would make the organisation easier to follow without relying on repeated requests.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main issue, including “parking space,” “parking area,” “work place,” and “rush.” The reader can understand that parking is difficult when you return home. However, several word choices, spelling errors, and unnatural phrases reduce precision, such as “capul of days,” “comercial,” “faceing difficulty,” and “positive action for our all apartment holders.” Some expressions, including “discuss about my problem” and “find out my problem solution,” are not natural collocations. Choose more precise phrases and check spelling and word forms. For instance, “raise a concern about the parking problem” and “residents of the building” would express your meaning more naturally and appropriately in a formal letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, and the main message is generally understandable. However, errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur across the letter. Examples include “I live an apartment building,” “When i came back at home,” and “a huge rush are there.” The sentence “I am greatful ful for if you could aprove my request” also has an unclear grammatical structure. Use complete, carefully formed sentences, for example: “I live in an apartment building, and the parking lot is behind it.” Keep verb tense consistent when describing your routine (“When I come home”) and use appropriate articles and prepositions. Capitalise “I” and separate sentences with clear punctuation.
