Dear landlord,
I am living this apartment from last 2 years and paring included at back of the apartments. But the problem i that when i come back from the work i did not find any empty parking spot.
It bother me because it waste my precious time and it was very annoying because i have to do some household chores after coming back from the work place but due to the wasting my time on parking spot i was unable to do all the works on time.
I suggest you to put house number on the parking sports and separate the visitor parking also put some fine if somebody do parking on wrong spot also you can appoint security guard which gone make sure vehicle only parked by the tenants and visitors not by the outside person. I believe that it will help you and you can solve this issue as soon as possible.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you explain that parking is included but spaces are often unavailable, describe the inconvenience of losing time after work, and propose numbered spaces, visitor parking, fines, and a security guard. These are relevant, practical suggestions, and the purpose of writing to the landlord is clear. The explanation of why the issue bothers you is more developed than the description of the parking situation, while the proposed measures are listed rather than explained—for example, you could clarify how assigning spaces to tenants would prevent outsiders from using them. The letter also needs a more appropriate closing and a specific form of address. More development and a consistently suitable letter style would strengthen the response.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall sequence: the parking problem is introduced, its effect on your routine is explained, and possible solutions follow. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and linking words such as “But,” “because,” and “also” make the relationships between ideas understandable. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The long final sentence combines several separate suggestions, making it harder to follow, and “I believe that it will help you” does not clearly identify which suggestion “it” refers to. Separate each proposed action into a sentence and use clearer references, such as “These measures would help ensure that only residents and their visitors use the lot.” This would make the progression smoother and cohesion less dependent on basic connectors.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main issue and possible remedies, including “parking spot,” “visitor parking,” “fine,” and “security guard.” However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make the letter sound unnatural or occasionally obscure. For example, “parking sports” appears to be a misspelling of “parking spots,” while “do parking on wrong spot” and “wasting my time on parking spot” are not natural expressions. “Household chores” and “precious time” are more precise choices, but the response would benefit from a broader set of accurate terms such as “designated space,” “unauthorised parking,” and “allocate.” Check spelling and choose phrases that fit the context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “because” and a sentence describing the effect on your chores. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning harder to process. For instance, “I am living this apartment from last 2 years” needs a present-perfect form and a preposition, while “It bother me because it waste” has agreement errors. The final sentence beginning “I suggest you to put” also uses an incorrect verb pattern and becomes difficult to manage as several ideas are joined together. Practise accurate patterns such as “I suggest that you…” and divide long sentences into shorter, complete ones.
