Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three required points: you describe the lack of spaces after work, explain that non-residents also park there, and ask the landlord to restrict parking to tenants. The request is relevant and your concern is clear. However, the reason the problem bothers you is only briefly explained, and the proposed solution—“talk to the authorties” and prevent non-tenants from parking—is not developed with practical details. The response also falls one word short of the required 150 words. To strengthen the letter, explain the inconvenience this causes, such as having to search for parking or arrive home late, and suggest a specific measure, such as permits or a notice for residents and visitors.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The ideas follow a generally understandable order: you introduce the issue, describe what happens when you return from work, identify who may be taking the spaces, and make a request. This gives the letter an overall coherent arrangement. However, the response is presented as one paragraph, so the different points are not clearly separated, and some links between ideas feel abrupt. For example, “Everthing going goods except one thing” moves quickly into the parking complaint, while the long sentence beginning “According to me” combines the seriousness of the issue and the proposed action. Use separate paragraphs for the situation, its impact, and your request, and connect them with clear transitions such as “As a result” and “I would therefore appreciate it if…”

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main issue, including “parking space,” “factory,” “property,” and “tenants.” The reader can understand that outsiders may be using the residents’ parking. However, the range is limited, and several spelling and word-choice errors make the letter less clear or less natural, including “tennet,” “authorties,” “hopping,” and “favour.” Some phrases are also awkward, such as “space for park our cars” and “parked thier here.” Choose accurate, natural expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, “a space to park our cars” and “I would be grateful if you could address this issue” would express your meaning more clearly and appropriately for a formal letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the main message is generally understandable. However, some errors in verb forms, sentence construction, articles, and punctuation reduce accuracy. For example, “I have facing a parking issue” needs a correct verb form, while “When i cameback from work to home” is not a complete, well-formed sentence. The opening “As you know that” also uses an unnecessary conjunction, and “I am very grateful to you if you do this favour” has an awkward conditional structure. Practise forming complete sentences and checking tense consistency, especially when describing a repeated problem. More accurate control of these patterns would make your request easier to follow.
