Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you describe difficulty finding parking after work, explain that you are tired and want to relax, and ask the landlord to arrange a space or provide another place to park. The request is clear and relevant, although the proposed solution is not developed with practical detail, and the reason the problem is especially troublesome could be explained more fully. The letter is also six words below the required minimum: it contains 144 words, while at least 150 are required; the 11 words copied from the task prompt were not counted. Add a little relevant detail, such as how often you find the lot full or what alternative arrangement you would accept.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter follows a sensible overall order: it introduces you and the building, describes the parking difficulty, explains its effect, and ends with a request. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “When I come home after work” and “As you are my landlord” signal the relationship between ideas. However, some links feel mechanical or unclear, particularly “As you are my landlord and timely took rent on monthly basis,” which does not connect smoothly to the responsibility that follows. The opening also combines several details in one long paragraph. Use clearer transitions and separate the situation, its impact, and your proposed solution into focused paragraphs.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main issue and its personal impact, including “parking space,” “hustle bustle,” and “relaxation.” There are also attempts to express the problem emphatically, such as “I cannot handle this situation any more.” However, spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision: “tenet” appears to mean “tenant,” “borther” should be “bother,” and “a lot of trouble” is more natural than “alot of trouble.” Some phrases are awkward or imprecise, including “parking car at evening” and “away from hustle bustle of daily life routine.” Aim for accurate collocations and a suitably polite, formal register throughout the letter.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your message is generally understandable, and you attempt both simple statements and longer structures, for example, “I tried really hard not to bother with this problem, but I cannot handle this situation any more.” However, several grammatical errors make the writing less controlled. In “for past two month i have face,” the time phrase needs an article and plural noun, and the verb should be in the present perfect form. Other examples include “The rent of small apartment is expensive” and “It is your responsibility to arrange,” where articles and sentence construction need attention. Capitalisation and spacing after full stops are also inconsistent. Practise accurate past-to-present time references, articles, and complete sentence patterns.
