Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.5

You have successfully addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: describing the house, detailing your activities, and extending an invitation. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend, and the purpose of the letter is clear from the beginning. The ideas are relevant and sufficiently developed to meet the requirements of the task. To improve further, you could add more descriptive adjectives or specific details about the house's location or the 'tourist attractions' to make the letter more engaging and vivid for the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 7.0

The letter is logically organized into clear paragraphs, with each focusing on a specific aspect of the prompt. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore', 'Apart from this', and 'In addition' to link your ideas. However, some of these transitions feel slightly mechanical. The progression of ideas is generally smooth, though the connection between the description of the house and the daily activities could be more fluid. Overall, the structure is easy to follow and serves the purpose of the letter well.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You use some descriptive phrases like 'ambiance and layout' and 'beauty of nature'. However, there are some minor inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'tourist attraction place' (should be 'tourist attractions') and 'give me relax' (should be 'help me relax'). To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise vocabulary and idiomatic expressions that sound more natural in a friendly letter context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While your meaning is always clear, there are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'It has four room' (should be 'rooms'), 'I go for walk' (should be 'a walk'), and 'me and my wife' (should be 'my wife and I'). Additionally, there are some punctuation and article usage issues. These errors do not impede communication, but they do occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and article usage will help improve your accuracy.
