Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have successfully addressed all three bullet points: describing the house, explaining how you spend your time, and inviting your friend. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention the house is spacious and has a view, adding more specific details about the surroundings or the 'activities' you mentioned would have provided a more complete response. The invitation is clear, but the transition between your activities and the invitation feels a bit abrupt. Overall, you have fulfilled the requirements of the task effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter follows a logical progression, moving from the description of the house to your daily activities and finally the invitation. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'Recently' to link ideas. However, the paragraphing is non-existent; the entire letter is written as one block of text. To improve, you should use clear paragraph breaks to separate the different topics (description, activities, invitation). Additionally, some sentences are slightly disjointed, such as the transition between the basement description and the activities, which could be smoothed out with better linking words.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You use some descriptive adjectives like 'spacious', 'breathtaking', and 'comfortable'. However, there are some minor errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'informed you' instead of 'inform you', 'near to the lake' instead of 'near the lake', and 'so may better activities' instead of 'so many great activities'. While these errors do not impede communication, they indicate a need for more precise vocabulary usage and attention to common collocations to reach a higher band score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'I am writing this letter to informed you', 'ad near the lake shore to breathtaking view', and 'I am arranging at Barbeque party'. These errors, along with some punctuation issues and missing articles, occur frequently. While the meaning remains clear, the control over complex structures is inconsistent. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of prepositions and articles. Proofreading for these small slips will significantly enhance the accuracy of your writing.
