Dear Nea,

I am writing to invite you to my new rented house which is situated near the lake and is perfect in every aspects for this summer holidays.

From last few months I have been looking for new place to live and I came across this beautiful house. This house consist of two master bedrooms, a living area attached to a modular kitchen whereas, house has a patio area with a view of lake. I am having a blast because this house comes with a permit for fishing in lake as well.

It’s been 6 month I haven’t seen you so, this is will be the best summer holidays to spend together. I am inviting you to visit this house as we will enjoy fishing together and having our lunch as well as dinners with an exceptional view of lake.

I hope to see you soon at my place.
