Dear Anmol

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to tell you that I recently moved to a new house, which is located in Fredericton, NB. You will be so glad to hear, it is situated near to the Killarney Lake in North Side of the city. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached washrooms along with a walking wardrobe and huge parking space is provided in front of the house. The one thing which is most beautiful about this house is the spacious balcony with a scenic view of lake.

It has been a long time since we last met. As you know, summer vacation is going on and it would be a great idea to spend some time together. I really want you to visit my place. So, we can have fun. I have list of activities to do which includes playing cards, watching movies, boating and we take pictures and create some reels also on the beach. I am sure you are also excited like me. I cannot wait
