Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have successfully addressed all three bullet points: describing the house, explaining your activities, and inviting your friend. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, while you mention the house has 'modern amenities', providing more specific details about the setting or the atmosphere would have made the description more vivid. The invitation is clear, but could be more persuasive or detailed regarding the logistics of the visit. Overall, the response covers the requirements well, but could benefit from more descriptive language to fully engage the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your ideas. You use some basic cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'In addition' (implied). However, the flow between sentences is sometimes disjointed, particularly in the second paragraph where sentences like 'And garden next to it. Which have many colorful plants, trees' are fragmented. Using more varied linking words and ensuring that sentences are complete would improve the overall flow. The progression of ideas is clear, but the connection between sentences could be smoother to achieve a higher band.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your message, such as 'overjoyed', 'amenities', and 'infrastructure'. However, there are several spelling errors ('lack' instead of 'lake', 'bunglows', 'morden', 'eminities', 'utlities', 'equiped', 'bareque') and some awkward word choices. These errors are noticeable and occasionally distract the reader, though they do not prevent understanding. To improve, focus on proofreading your spelling and trying to use more precise collocations, such as 'well-equipped kitchen' rather than 'kitchen is well equiped'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures. There are frequent grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('Shower room have', 'hall have') and incorrect verb tenses ('We also bring our music set' should be 'brought'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with some sentence fragments. While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to limit your score. To reach a higher band, focus on consistent verb tense usage and ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and verb, avoiding fragments.
