You have rented a house by a lake for the summer.

Write a letter to a friend. In your letter
• describe the house.
• describe how you are spending your time there.
• invite your friend to come and visit.

Dear Komal,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits. I am writing to inform you that I rented a new house around the city of Hamilton which is surrounded by a beautiful lake. As you remember, my company transferred me for few months to a new city to set up with their new facility in Hamilton city.

It is a semi-detached townhouse which consists three bedrooms, one big hall for living room and a spacious open concept kitchen. The house also has three full washrooms on the 1st floor attached with each bedroom and one powder room on the main floor.

Moreover, the city also has beautiful waterparks and small hiking trails which I go more often for morning walks. I really enjoy spending my time in this new house and go near the lake during evenings to witness beautiful sunsets.

I would like to invite you to come and visit me during the weekends. The house is just 20 minutes drive from your address.
