Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

You address all three requirements: you describe the rented house, explain some activities, and invite Mira to visit. Details such as the “big decorated living room,” the swimming pool, cooking, barbecuing and playing games make the letter relevant, and the invitation is clear. The friendly opening and closing also suit the audience. The ideas are generally extended, but a few remain vague: “we all are spend our private time” does not clearly explain how the rooms are used, and “make our movements more joyful” does not communicate the intended benefit naturally. Develop these points with precise explanations—for example, what you enjoy doing by the lake and when Mira could come—to make the content more consistently clear and supported.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: the first paragraph introduces the house, the second describes plans and past experience, and the final paragraph makes the invitation. This gives the reader a sensible progression, and phrases such as “Similarly” and “so” help connect ideas. However, some links feel mechanical or do not express the relationship clearly. “Last year when my friend invited me…” shifts to a past visit without a clear connection to the current description, while “Even” does not work naturally as a link to bringing games. The reference in “we all” is also unclear. Use simpler, more precise transitions and connect each paragraph’s details more directly to the purpose of the letter.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “living room,” “swimming pool,” “lake,” “barbeque” and “cards.” The friendly tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-choice and collocation errors make parts difficult to understand. For example, “exited for summers,” “reanted,” “paln,” and “wallyball” appear to be misspellings, while “make our movements more joyful” is an unnatural expression. “Very open and airy” is understandable but could be more precise. Check spelling carefully and learn natural phrases for describing a property, activities and an invitation; this will make your meaning clearer and more fluent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, such as “Last year when my friend invited me…” and “so we can make…,” showing some variety. The main message is usually recoverable, but the range is limited and errors occur frequently, sometimes making the reader work to understand the sentence. Examples include “i would like to inform you i reanted,” “we all are spend,” “This house located,” and “i have plan to some cook food.” These involve sentence construction, verb forms and missing grammatical elements. Practise forming complete clauses, using consistent verb tenses, and checking subject–verb agreement and articles. For instance, “The house is located near the lake” and “I plan to cook some food” would express these ideas clearly.
