Dear Arsh,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The letter addresses all three required points: you describe the lakeside setting and facilities, outline activities such as forest walks, boating and swimming, and invite Arsh to bring their family. The invitation is warm and relevant, and details such as the rented house near Hamilton make the situation specific. This meets the task well, although some parts are more fully covered than others: the house is described mainly by its location and surroundings, with little about its rooms or comfort, while the holiday plan is more detailed. The final sentence, “We will be definetely”, is unfinished, so the invitation does not reach a complete closing thought. Adding a little more description of the house and completing the ending would make the response more fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall sequence: it introduces the invitation, describes the location, explains the planned activities, and then encourages the friend to visit. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and connectors such as “Additionally” and “also” make relationships between ideas visible. However, some linking is repetitive or awkward: “also” appears several times in the activity paragraph, and “This vacation would be incomplete with you” shifts abruptly into the invitation. The unfinished final sentence also interrupts the progression and leaves the letter without a proper sign-off. Use a wider range of natural transitions, connect related activities more smoothly, and finish with a complete closing sentence and sign-off.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for a holiday letter, including “rented,” “isolated place,” “exploring nature,” “deep forest,” and “indoor and outdoor games.” These choices communicate the setting and plans, and attempts such as “hustle and bustle” show an effort to use more expressive language. However, several spelling and word-choice errors reduce accuracy, including “vaccation,” “issolated,” “sournded,” and “definetely.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “full proof plan” and “go away from the city busy life.” Aim for accurate spelling and more natural collocations, for example, “a detailed plan” and “escape the busy city life.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The letter includes both simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, such as the sentence describing the house, lake, forest and boats. Most ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity and control. In the opening, “invite for spending” needs a different construction, such as “invite you to spend”; “the city busy life” also has an incorrect word order. In “we will planning couple of indoor and outdoor games,” the verb form and article are missing, and “I have also invited our other friends also” repeats the same structure unnecessarily. The final clause, “We will be definetely,” is incomplete. Practise accurate verb patterns after “invite,” future forms, articles, and complete sentence endings while retaining your attempts at complex sentences.
