Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you describe the lakeside setting and the house, mention relaxing on the patio and watching people nearby, and invite Munish to visit during the summer. The personal reference to missing your childhood time together also suits a friendly letter. However, some details are less fully developed: the house description gives room and balcony numbers but little about its appearance or facilities, and the activities you might do together are only briefly suggested as “parties” and “some activities.” Make the invitation more specific by proposing a time and one or two plans, and add a clearer detail about what makes the house comfortable or distinctive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a recognisable structure, moving from a greeting and personal opening to the house, your routine, and an invitation. Paragraph breaks help separate the main ideas, and phrases such as “however” and “so” attempt to connect them. At times, though, the progression is weakened by unclear links and references. For example, “however i saw them” does not clearly explain the connection between watching people and remembering childhood, while “which one i bought last year” is detached from the preceding sentence. Group the house details together, then describe your daily routine, and finish with a direct invitation. Use linking expressions only where the relationship between ideas is clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the task, including “lake,” “balconies,” “sunrise and sunset,” and “vacation,” and the personal language helps establish a friendly tone. However, the range is limited and several spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the letter less natural, such as “speanding,” “preety view,” “spairtime,” and “rembrance.” Some phrases are also imprecise: “i have big have three room” does not clearly describe the house, and “spend our precious time” is rather general. Check spelling carefully and choose familiar, accurate expressions before attempting more ambitious vocabulary. More precise words for the house and activities would make the description clearer.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “whenever i have time i am sitting there” and a reason for the invitation with “so we can spend our precious time.” However, some errors in verb forms, sentence boundaries, articles, and agreement make the writing difficult to follow in places. For example, “i am really miss” needs a different verb form, and “which one i bought last year” is an incomplete sentence. The opening of the house description also combines clauses without a clear structure. Practise forming complete sentences, keeping verb tenses consistent, and using capital letters and full stops to separate ideas.
