You rode in a taxi yesterday. When you got home, you realized you had left your bag in the taxi.

Write a letter to the manager of the taxi company. In your letter
• explain how you lost your bag.
• describe your bag.
• ask the manager to help you find it.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am Kajal Arora. I frequently book ride with your company. I am writing to inform you about my bag that I lost in the taxi last week. I booked a taxi on August 7,2026 from Brampton to Vaughan at around 11.00am.

Although, my experience with the driver was good, I reached late to my destination due to traffic. Actually, I had my interview on the same day and I was anxious because I was late.

This is the details of the handbag which help you to find my bag easily. The bag is off black color and has some golden strips on the side. Its tote bag. I had my laptop and charger in my bag. I really need my laptop.

I would appreciate it if you could help me to find my bag. As, the bag was gifted me by my mother on my birthday, so the bag is close to my my heart. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted phone]. if you can send my bag via courier, I am ready to bear all the expenses.
