You rode in a taxi yesterday. When you got home, you realized you had left your bag in the taxi.

Write a letter to the manager of the taxi company. In your letter
• explain how you lost your bag.
• describe your bag.
• ask the manager to help you find it.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear sir,

I am writing to inform you about a bag that i left in one of your taxis yesterday, 27th August 2026.

I took a taxi from Liberty Market to my home in Gulberg at around 6 PM. The taxi number was LEA-4521 and the driver was middle-aged man. When i reached home, i was in a hurry and i forgot to take my bag from the back seat.

The bag i lost is a black leather laptop bag. It is medium-sized and has a small scratch on the front . Insode the bag, there are very important items including my laptop, wallet, house keys, and some official documents. The wallet also contains my ID card and credit card.

It would be extremely grateful if you could check with your drivers and see if the bag has been handed in. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any information about it.
