You have a bicycle that you are no longer using. You would like to sell it to a friend.

Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• explain why you are no longer using your bicycle.

• explain why you think your friend would like to have it.

Dear Rohan,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I want to sell my bicycle. As I joined a new job in a different city, I purchased a motor bike and this bicycle no longer in my use.

This bicycle, I purchased two years ago on my birthday which is black in colour and decorated with some chrome accessories as well. It runs very smooth and has no mechanical issues. The tires are also in very good condition. It also comes with a combination lock which adds a safety feature in it.

I believe that this could be a good fit for you, as you use public transport like train and buses for even shorter distances. As your work is just three miles away from your home, this bicycle would be a great choice for you which will save your time to wait in long ques to buy tickets for public transport.
