Dear Shreyas,

It's been very long since we have spoken. How have you been?

I wanted to let you know that, I have decided to look for a new job. The role I'm currently in, doesn't provide enough benefits like health, career progression, job security, tuition reimbursement and work-life balance. I'm looking for a job at a company which can provide all of these which can help me in future.

I remembered you mentioned once at a get-together with our friends that you were working at UPS. I've heard that UPS is a really good company which provides all benefits with a reasonable compensation to their employees. And according to my research, the career progression is excellent in this company.

So, I need your help in finding a job in your company. I would really appreciate you for handing me a reference to your manager. I will attach my resume
