I get to know from one of our friend Sam that you also woked in Calgary last year under a company name. My work is same as yours in enginnering. so i am looking for that kind of job.
As, you lived here earlier i think you might have some connections. That will be great if you help me in finiding job for me as soon as possible. its very hard to manage expenses becuase i bought a new house here. i will attach my resume next to it.
I will wait to hear it from you.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter covers all three bullet points: the reason for the job search, the desired role, and the request for assistance. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of the job search is brief, and the description of the desired role is vague, simply stating 'my work is same as yours in engineering'. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific details about your skills or the type of engineering role you are seeking to make the request more persuasive and fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, and the progression of ideas is generally clear. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'So', 'As', and 'because' to link sentences. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by awkward phrasing, such as 'I am writing to help me find out a new job' and 'I will attach my resume next to it'. The use of paragraphing is sufficient, but the transitions between ideas could be smoother to improve the overall readability and coherence of the letter.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You rely on simple, repetitive language such as 'work', 'job', and 'find'. There are also some errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'find out a new job' (instead of 'find a new job') and 'neighbour city' (instead of 'neighboring city'). To improve, try to incorporate more specific professional terminology related to your field and use a wider range of synonyms to avoid repetition.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You make several grammatical errors, including tense issues ('I was working... from last seven years' should be 'I have been working... for the last seven years') and preposition errors ('under a company name' instead of 'at a company'). Additionally, there are frequent punctuation and capitalization errors, such as 'i' instead of 'I' and 'enginnering' (spelling). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to lower the score.
