Dear Martin,

I Hope you are having a great holiday.

I though I'd write to tell you about the company I worked for, Unfortunately they have closed the business last month because of sudden death of owner's wife. I am continuously looking for a job from last four weeks.

As you knows, I am skilled baker with 10 years of experience in a baking industry and I specialised in croissants and pastries so I am looking for any baker or pastry chef job. I have applied for different position in your city specially with supermarkets as I enjoy working with supermarkets and busy cafes.

Morever, you worked as a produced manager at one of the biggest supermarket in Dunedin. Can you please let me know If there is any opporunity in your supermarket. It will be great If you can provide me your HR email address.

I will really appreciate your assistance with that.
