Dear John,

I hope you are doing well. I writing to inform you that I have started searching for a new job from last week.

I have completed my studies and recently awarded with Masters degree in Electrical and computer engineering.

After getting degree, I have started to search for a job, particularly in Electrical engineering domain. I have had a keen interest in electrical fundamentals and concepts since I took the science as my primary subject. I am looking for a job, where I have to design electric panels for industrial or domestic use.

I immediately thought of you when I started to find a job, since you are having a similar job role and duties in your current company. I would appreciate I you could guide me to secure a similar position in your company or any other organization, you might have a contact with.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
