Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The letter addresses all three bullet points: the reason for seeking a job, the desired job type, and the request for assistance. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat basic. For instance, the explanation of why you need a job is clear, but the description of the ideal job could be more detailed beyond just 'accounting and Finance'. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point is expanded with more specific details or personal context to fully engage the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'Most importantly' to link sentences. However, the transition between the first and second paragraph is a bit abrupt. Additionally, some sentences are slightly disjointed, such as 'I need a favor, could you please help me finding a job.' Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the overall flow and coherence of the letter.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your message, but there are some spelling errors ('immidiately', 'refrence') and minor word choice issues. For example, 'I'm the biggest among my siblings' is not the standard way to express being the eldest; 'I am the eldest' would be more natural. While the vocabulary is adequate for the task, it lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. Focusing on correct spelling and more natural collocations will help improve your score in this area.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentences, but there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text. Examples include 'I eagerly finding a job' (should be 'I am eagerly looking for'), 'share them my resume' (should be 'share my resume with them'), and 'thank you for you precious help' (should be 'your'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to impact the overall accuracy. Try to proofread your work to catch these small but persistent errors.
