I hope you and your family are doing well. Last month, I had completed my Bechalour of Education in science from the Gujrat universities, Gandhinagar. As you know my family's financial condition is extremly understandable though they work-hard for my study and pay my college fees.

Now, I am done for my graduation in education and I want to be a teacher but I know in this compitative it's hard to be a direct government school teacher. However, I would like to apply in a private school as a science teacher and want gain a experience which can help me for my career.

I know in your area have couple of schools, If you know any school which is hiring than can you please inform me. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining why you are looking for a job, describing the desired role, and asking for your friend's assistance. The tone is appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the explanation of your financial situation is a bit unclear, and the description of the job could be more specific regarding your skills or interests. To improve, ensure that each point is expanded with more detail to fully satisfy the task requirements. Overall, the purpose of the letter is clear and the communication is effective.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is logically organized into paragraphs, each focusing on a specific aspect of the prompt. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover' and 'However' to link your ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by awkward phrasing and minor errors in sentence structure. The use of referencing is generally clear, but some transitions between sentences feel a bit mechanical. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that the progression of ideas within paragraphs is smoother and more natural.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message, such as 'financial condition', 'compitative', and 'assist'. However, there are several spelling errors, such as 'Bechalour', 'extremly', 'compitative', and 'naighbours'. Additionally, some word choices are slightly unnatural, such as 'done for my graduation' or 'gain a experience'. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they indicate a need for more attention to spelling and common collocations. Expanding your vocabulary to include more precise terms for professional contexts would be beneficial.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. There are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'I had completed my Bechalour' (incorrect tense), 'I am done for my graduation' (awkward phrasing), and 'if you know any school which is hiring than can you please' (incorrect punctuation and structure). Subject-verb agreement and article usage also need improvement. While the meaning remains clear, the frequency of these errors impacts the overall accuracy. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence patterns and proofreading for common errors like tense consistency and article usage.
