Dear Pat,

How are you? It's been a long time since we have meet each other. Today, I'm writing to ask for your help regarding job hunting.

To begin with, I must tell you that I have recently moved out from my parent's house. Although they are willing to support me financially and cover my rent and groceries bills, I am pondering upon having my own source of income.

Talking about the job, I am contemplating about trying my luck in clerical entrance level occupations. This is because I recently completed my Bachelors degree in accounting and it might be a crucial step for me to get into high level accounting position in future.

Overall, I specially need your help in achieving this goal of mine. I heard you are working at a renowned IT company in the downtown area and they even have vacancies for entry-level positions at this moment. So I was wondering if you could give me your reference and help me in my journey.
