Write a letter to a friend. In your letter

Dear David,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I am in urgent need of work.

For a while now, I have been sitting idle without being employed. There are so many bills to pay such as feeding, rent, electricity bill and an endless list. Things have not been going so well for me.

As a Civil Engineering graduate, I can work in a construction firm. Personally, I am good with site supervision, in-depth knowledge of architectural and structural softwares such as, Auto-Cad, ETABS and Orion. I can work as a Site Engineer, Project Manager or a Structural Engineer.

I will be delighted if you can assist me in getting a job. If i can remeber vividly, you are a realtor who has affiliations to several construction companies. I hope you can refer me to some of them because getting employed with a good salary structure will be the best thing that happened to me at the moment.
