Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three points: you explain that long hours in an office are affecting your health, describe a more active role such as warehouse work, and ask Rohan to help you find employment. The purpose and friendly relationship are clear, and the letter includes an appropriate greeting and sign-off. The explanation of why you want to leave is relevant, but the preferred job is not fully defined: “contraction worker” and “warehouse assisoate” are examples rather than a clear description of the duties or conditions you seek. The request for help could also be more specific, such as asking Rohan to share vacancies or introduce you to a contact. These details would make the response more fully developed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter follows a sensible overall order: it introduces your decision, explains your current situation, describes the kind of work you want, and then asks your friend for assistance. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “As you know” and “Now” guide the reader through the message. Some connections are less clear or feel mechanical, particularly the transition from wanting physical activity to the examples of jobs, and the final sentence about Rohan’s contacts is difficult to follow. Organising the job preferences and the request into clearer, more direct sentences would improve progression. Overall, the structure is coherent, though cohesion and referencing are not consistently clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “logistics dispatcher,” “office environment,” “physical activities,” and “work-life balance,” so the reader can understand the main ideas. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the letter harder to read, for example “dicision,” “dispether,” “assisoate,” and “suitble.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “utilise my time” and “linked and contacts likely to many chance.” Aim to learn accurate job-related terms and common collocations, and proofread spelling carefully. More precise wording for the type of work and the help you want would make your message clearer and more natural.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including a reason-and-result structure in “workin long hours … make my body more tired and unhealthy that leads to obesity.” However, errors in verb forms, sentence construction, and punctuation occur often enough to make some sentences difficult to process. For example, “I am writing this to know you” needs a different grammatical pattern, while “As you know am now am workin” lacks a clear subject and has an incorrect verb form. The sentence beginning “Now i planing” also needs a finite verb, and the final request contains several clauses that are not joined clearly. Practise complete sentence patterns and check subject–verb agreement, articles, and punctuation.
