Dear John,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I live in a small apartment building, and I frequently bothered by noise from my upstairs neighbour's apartment. It creates a lot of distractions and problems in my day-to-day life. I read books every night but because of this I can not focus on my reading as well as others work. This is not happens sometimes, but it is bothering from many few days.

I would like to ask for any possible solutions to this problem. I think if you can request that they lower their voice or else. This would help me to read books and I think not only me, but also other tenants are also facing the same issue from several days.
