You live in a small apartment building. You are frequently bothered by noise from your upstairs neighbour's apartment.

Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter
• describe the situation.
• explain why it is a problem for you.
• suggest a solution.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

Hope you are doing well. I want to express my concern related to late night laud music from upper level apartment.

I know that the apartment is quite small and I have no other quieter space to relax. Since I work full time I have very limited time to sleep at night.

This has become a serious problem for me because I can't fall in sleep due to the noise. As a result, next day I can't properly feel relax and it reduces my productivity. Literally, yesterday, my manager called me out because I fell in sleep. Also, due to lack of good sleep, it affects my overall ell-being.

You can use headphones or lower the volume. Also, as I know your schedule is different from me you can play louder music when I were not present in the apartment.

I hope you understand my situation.
