You live in a small apartment building. You are frequently bothered by noise from your upstairs neighbour's apartment.

Dear,

I hope you are doing well, I constantly heard noise from your apartment which bothered me everyday doing my studies in peace. everday in night time when i came home after doing work. i prepared for my college studies and i heared strange noise coming from your apartment.

Why it is a problem, as I'm preparing for my studies the constant speaker noise distract me from my studies as a result I'm getting less marks in my studies in college. so the noise is effecting my everyday preparation.

I'm just requesting you to lower the noise which is coming from your apartment so i can focus on my studies or you can listen the songs in a lower sound so it will not reach to me and you can enjoy your time. so please consider my request and i hope you are doing well in your life.
