Dear Sir/Madam,

I am articulating this letter about the apartment that needs repairs.

Firstly, I am living in the North Bay building on 12th floor. I notice this building is deteriorating because of maintenance. There is some problems such as damage ventilation, poor electricity and air conditioning are not fully working.

I would suggest that to mitigate this matter you should take a sustainable decision including allocate some grant to repair everything inside the building. Consequently, people can survive better lifestyle and they will enhance their living style.

Lastly, i would recommend to visit in the apartment and look forward about this topic. Additionally, you will overlook any another issue which needs some attention.
