You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter

Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am Simrat Arora, one of your tenant living in apartment no.- 24 in your building in Model town. My purpose of writing this letter is to bring the urgent issue regarding my accommodation to your attention. The heating system is not working properly from one month now, even after getting it repaired from HVAC technicians, I am still facing the same problem.

Due to this, my sleep and work schedule is getting effected immensely. In fact, in this winter season, it is quite difficult to manage without heater and proper hot water. I would suggest you to replace the heat pumps as those are quite outdated.

Moreover, your visit at the apartment is much needed to resolve this matter u. Kindly inspect the problem and take some actions on urgent basis for my ease and convenience. I would be grateful to you.
