You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Jazz,

I hope you are doing well. There are several of things which i face problems. Initially, in winter, when i taking shower then i did not receive the hot water. If i take shower with cold water then i can sick like fever, cold and cough. In addition, when i cook the food in kitchen, i see the insects on gas stove.

According to my perspective, you should repairs the whole things. you ought to bring the plumber to set the geyser( water heater). Moreover, you should bring the medicine which protect from insects.

Eventually, i know you have busy schedule . However, i request you to visit my apartment to see the problem. I want to talk to you face-to-face as when i will meet personally, we not only better understanding but also can take solution of the problems.

I am thankful to you to see my letter and visit my apartment.
