You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

Dear Building Manager,

I am writing to inform you about bathroom maintenance in my apartment.

Last week, there has been leakage started from the celling in my bathroom. Firstly, there was a few drops of the water but after some days, this issue has been become more worse. I am concerned that it may cause further damage.

I would appreciate that if you could arrange for qualified plumber or maintenance worker. I am sure that the the leakage is coming from the apartment which is above mine. It is quite uncomfortable to use the bathroom.

Could you please visit my apartment? I am available after 5 pm on weekdays and i am also available throughout the weekend and fix it as soon as possible Please let me know in advance if you have plan to come my place.
