Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: describing the drainage problem, suggesting a solution, and requesting a visit. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter to a building manager. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While you describe the issue clearly, the suggestion regarding a 'water meter' is slightly confusing and not directly relevant to fixing a kitchen pipe leak. To improve, ensure that your suggestions are practical and directly related to the specific problem described. The purpose of the letter is clear throughout, and the reader understands the urgency of the situation.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter follows a logical structure, moving from the introduction of the problem to the proposed solution and the final request. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover' and 'Although' to link ideas. However, the paragraphing is not fully developed; the entire body of the letter is essentially one large block, which makes it harder to read. Using clear paragraph breaks between the problem description, the proposed solution, and the request for a visit would significantly improve the flow and professional appearance of your correspondence.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for this task, such as 'drainage problem', 'replacement', and 'permanent'. There are some minor errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'war launched in marked' (likely meaning 'was launched in the market') and 'permantely' (permanently). These errors do not impede communication, but they do highlight a need for more careful proofreading. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise collocations related to maintenance and repairs, such as 'plumbing issue' or 'professional assessment'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of your writing. For example, 'I KAJAL KUMARI living in...' should be 'I am Kajal Kumari, living in...', and 'they could fixed' should be 'they could fix'. Additionally, there are issues with verb tense consistency and article usage, such as 'there is every where water'. While these errors rarely prevent the reader from understanding your message, they are frequent enough to keep the score in the 5.5 to 6.0 range. Focus on subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage.
