You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform you about some problems, which I have been facing for a couple of days.

To begin with, there are many problems in an apartment especially with electricity, which goes out several times during a day. In addition an air conditioning and a heater are not functioning well, which need to be fixed as it is very hard to live in this summer season. Moreover, there are several bugs in the apartment, which are spreading too quickly.

These problems can be majorly solved by booking an appointment with an electrician and a pest control company. In addition, if you file a complaint regarding heating and colling systems to property manager, he will schedule visit with a technician.

I kindly request you to visit the apartment and look into the problems faced by us. I will really appreciate it if you take appropriate actions to resolve these issues promptly.
