You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to apprise you about the problems, i am facing in my new apartment. I shifted in the apartment last week and i didnt expect it to be in this condition.

Firstly, the faucet of the kitchen sink is broken and there is continuous leakage, water spreading all over the floor due to which my daughter slipped twice and got injured. Moreover, the air-condition is not working properly, making it difficult for me to work and sleep. it has caused a lot of inconvenience as i am unable to go for work.

Furthermore, the lights of the room flickers which can cause short circuit in future.

I would like you to visit my apartment to check all the issues. As you rent all of apartments, you may have contacts with electrician and plumber, bring them with you to resolve the issues.

I hope you will act promptly on my request. Looking forward to your response.
