You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Jon,

I hope you are doing well, I'm Nancy, one of your tenant living in flat 505.

I'm writing this letter to bring your attention that there is a water leakage in bathroom since two weeks and needs a repair.

Very recently the shower in the bathroom has started leakaging, at initally it was ignorable and was managable since the flow of water leakage was very nominal, but later on as I continued to use the shower daily the leakage has started to get worse and the water is now continously flowing, this is also concerning as when am not home I fear it would get even worse and needs your urgent attention on the repair.

I would be available the weekend from 9am-9pm, In case you want to visit the apartment to resolve this issue at the earliest, or if you want to visit any other time, kindly please bring it to my attention so I can adjust my schedule.

I appreciate your paitence and your urgent attention to this matter.
